Lars Johan Clemedson
Lars is a Registered Psychologist with over 30 years of experience in leadership and organizational development in both private and public companies. Lars has also taught leadership at the Swedish National Defense College, the Norwegian School of Management and Stockholm University. He works primarily with developing a culture of openness, trust, responsibility with focus on results in management groups, but also undertakes assignments in leadership coaching and organizational development.
Lars is also the author of articles and several books, such as “The Power of Openness and Trust” (in Swedish “Ledande ledare”), organizational culture, change and the art of developing a management team, and “Organizational culture as a means of control” ( in Swedish “Organisationskulturen som styrmedel”).
