Riikka has a Master's Degree in Psychology and she will soon qualify as a Vocational Guidance Psychologist. She has worked at MPS in the Selection & Assessment business area, as a specialist among Recruitment and Personnel Development issues since 1998. Riikka's core competences consist of Recruitments, Outplacement services and Individual Coaching, such as Career Planning and 360-evaluations. Prior to joining MPS, Riikka has had many years of experience in different kinds of assessments (potential and development mapping, expatriate evaluations) in different branches. For Riikka, physical exercise acts as a good counterbalance to office work.
