Toni has extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing world class recruitment and talent processes that predicts work performance and growth for organizations. In addition, he has excellent expertise of psychometric methods, as he previously worked for companies as Assessio and SHL and participated in international forums as ETPG, ITC, SIOP and SHRM. Toni is one of the drivers of ISO 10667-Assessment service delivery — procedures and methods to assess people in work and organizational settings, the first ISO standard for recruitment processes.
He also has a strong international management background, growing start-ups as Salesforce.com and creating turnarounds in numerous companies.
Toni has degrees in finance and theology, and he has studied business administration at Henley Business School and philosophy at the Newman Institute. He speaks fluently Swedish, English, Finnish, and some German.
