We work in cooperation with clients to produce a profile that forms the platform for our process. According to the profile and the employing organisation’s image/trade mark we produce an advertisement. We insert the advertisement in appropriate media.
From the applications received, we select the candidates that best match the search profile. We meet the selected candidates for interviews and also conduct various types of tests. Upon candidate presentations, the client will receive Candidate Reports on each of the final candidates. We assist the clients in the complete process, taking references and have contacts both with the candidate and client for support, feedback and discussions until the candidate is placed.
We follow up with both the client and the new employee to make sure that the expectations have been met after the first months. A well-managed selection process quickly pays for itself. It saves time, helps create a positive employer image, strengthens the brand and it saves costs.
