Bo Albertsson

Bo is a Director at MPS Sweden and works with Executive Search assignments across the Nordic region. Before joining MPS in 2011,he worked internationally in Management, Communication Consulting and Marketing roles.He has studied and worked in the United States and Austria. Over the last 25 years he has had overall operational responsibilities as Regional CEO and Chairman as well as corporate functions in global companies.

Bo has more than twenty years of experience from international and national positions in companies such as Ford Motor Company,Ericsson Mobile Phones, Imagination Ltd, Vattenfall and Hill & Knowlton. He has a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Uppsala University and University of Texas, Austin.

He has a broad Senior Management and deep industry experience in the following sectors:

Håkan Askman

Senior Partner

Håkan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Håkan has been with MPS since 2002, being a Senior Partner he works primarily within Executive Search. Håkan’s key interests are in Risk Management and Project Management, along with a solid interest in people. Prior to joining MPS, Håkan was a Managing Director and a Country Manager for a French company within wireless communication in the Nordic countries. Furthermore, Håkan worked for ten years as a Sales and Marketing Manager in a finance company, whereof five for General Electrics, GE Capital. He also worked a few years as a Sales Manager in the IT Industry for former Sema Group and WM-data.

Margaretha Backemar

Director

Margaretha Backemar has more than ten years experience in Executive Search and joined MPS as a Senior Consultant in January 2011. Margaretha is a specialist in recruitment in finance, law, compliance, risk and internal audit. Prior to joining MPS, Margaretha had her own business in Executive Search and has also been employed as Senior Consultant in Executive Search for nine years. Furthermore, Margaretha has worked as CFO and Finance Manager in different companies in the Finance Industry and Financial Controller in a Manufacturing Group. All together twenty years of operational experience before entering into Executive Search. Margaretha holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Economics.

Esben Colfach

Senior Partner

Esben has a Master's Degree in Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University. At MPS, Esben has been working for more then 15 years, with focus on Executive Search Recruitments. He has been living and working abroad for more than 20 years mainly in Europe.While abroad, Esben was holding executive managerial positions (CEO, COO, CFO) in subsidiaries to public quoted companies in the Real Estate, Banking, Financial and Insurance industries. Esben was also cofounder and owner of a Swiss Tax Consultant company operating in more than 14 countries.

For some years he lived and worked for a Swiss trading company operating in the Baltic states selling Apple computers, Ericsson mobile phones,fertilizer and green wood.

Staffan Sjödin

Director

Staffan has 15 years experience from Management Consulting. As a Senior Consultant at MPS, Staffan is primarily working with Management Development programs, including Performance Coaching of individuals and groups, as well as Executive Search. Before joining MPS, Staffan held different senior management positions in several international corporations, such as 3M and Atlas Copco Automation, as well as positions in smaller/mid sized, true business driven organizations.

Jens Gisselgård

PhD, Licensed Psychologist

Jens is a registered psychologist and holds a Doctorate degree in Experimental Neuroscience from Karolinska Institutet. Since 2009, Jens has been a Consultant providing personality assessments primarily within Executive Recruitment. Besides his knowledge in cognitive psychology and from several years experience in psychological testing in scientific experiments, Jens has also worked in clinical settings performing neuropsychological assessments of patients with traumatic head injuries or neuropsychiatric disorders. At MPS, Jens is mainly involved in personality assessment, providing a second opinion for recruitment purposes or during an executive search process.

Alexandra Sjöström

Psychologist 

Alexandra Sjöström is a work psychologist with a BSc (hons) in Psychology from UWA and a MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University. Her area of specialty is motivation, performance and assessment, and she has worked within the work psychology field and with HR management consulting for several years. Alexandra is a member of both British Psychological Society and Psykologförbundet.

Marie Orlander

Research Associate

Marie joined MPS in 2010 after working a few years within the financial services sector as an Assistant and in Back Office. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.
